The Chinese Communist Party celebrated its 100th anniversary in Beijing

 The Chinese Communist Party celebrated its 100th anniversary with the flight of fighter jets over Tiananmen Square in Beijing. The Chinese president says only socialism can save China.

In his keynote address on the occasion of the centenary of the Communist Party of China (CCP) on Thursday, July 1, Chinese President Xi Jinping told the people that the Chinese nation is now on this historic path. Has moved which cannot be reversed.

Chinese President Xi Jinping said the era when Chinese were killed or intimidated was over forever. He said that the new great life of the Chinese nation is moving on this historic highway which cannot be returned. He said that the Chinese Communist Party has not only lifted millions of people out of poverty in the last one hundred years, but has also built many modern and prosperous cities.

Furthermore, he said that the Chinese people are not only good at destroying the old world, but they have also created a new world and only socialism can save China.

Regarding the country's security, President Xi Jinping said the country needs to accelerate national defense and modernization of the armed forces.


Referring to Taiwan, the Chinese president said he wanted to complete the country's unity and "break" any attempt to liberate the island from China's mainland.

In addition to President Xi Jinping's speech at the event in Beijing's historic Tiananmen Square, thousands of singers and musicians marched with their respective bands and performed patriotic songs. One of the songs was, New China cannot be built without the Communist Party.

Chinese warplanes and helicopters also flew over Tiananmen Square during the event. Along with the Communist Party flag, the number 100 was also inscribed on these planes.


According to figures released by the Chinese government this week, the CCP has at least 95 million members in China. Mao Zedong, chairman of the Chinese Communist Party, founded the People's Republic of China in 1949 during the civil war. However, after Mao, the current President Xi Jinping is considered to be the most powerful leader in China.

Jinping has taken strong action against corruption in the country and has also increased his country's influence globally through development programs such as the Belt and Road Initiative. However, his policies towards Hong Kong have also been criticized. In particular, he has been criticized for his attitude toward his opponents there, and for the new security law introduced in Hong Kong by Beijing.

Agreement between PITB and Chirp Technologies to make Lahore a smart city

  Punjab Information Technology Board and Chirp Technologies will work together to make Lahore a smart city. Pakistan will not provide any base to US: PM Imran Khan

Mud volcano in Balochistan
