Agreement between PITB and Chirp Technologies to make Lahore a smart city

 


Punjab Information Technology Board and Chirp Technologies will work together to make Lahore a smart city.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in this regard at a function held at Arfa Tower, signed by Director General PITB Faisal Yousuf and CEO Cherp Technologies Asif Hussain. 

The ceremony was attended by senior officials of both the institutions. 

The new system will enable real-time monitoring and management of other smart city applications in the city, including air quality sensors, waste bin sensors and street light sensors.
