UAE withdraws order for Pakistanis on the vaccination certificate.

 

  A statement was issued by the UAE embassy said that the vaccination certificate for Pakistanis does not need to be verified by the Foreign Office and the embassy.

He has said that after the resumption of flight operations, only NADRA vaccination certificate would be required and verification from Foreign Office and Embassy would not be required.

 It may be recalled that the United Arab Emirates had today made the Corona certified certificate mandatory for those coming from Pakistan. 

The UAE Embassy in Abu Dhabi issued a circular on July 14 informing the Pakistani Foreign Office of the new travel conditions. 

 Certification of the Corona Certificate was conditional on Pakistan's Foreign Ministry and then the UAE Embassy in Islamabad.

Agreement between PITB and Chirp Technologies to make Lahore a smart city

  Punjab Information Technology Board and Chirp Technologies will work together to make Lahore a smart city. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in this regard at a function held at Arfa Tower, signed by Director General PITB Faisal Yousuf and CEO Cherp Technologies Asif Hussain.  The ceremony was attended by senior officials of both the institutions.  The new system will enable real-time monitoring and management of other smart city applications in the city, including air quality sensors, waste bin sensors and street light sensors.

Pakistan will not provide any base to US: PM Imran Khan

     Prime Minister Imran Khan refused to provide bases in Pakistan after the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan. In an interview with an American TV channel, he said that it was not possible for Pakistan to allow the CIA or US special forces to carry out any operation in Afghanistan from Pakistani soil. Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the United States wanted to sit in other countries and keep an eye on the militants during the withdrawal from Afghanistan, so it was in talks with Pakistan for cooperation.  A few days before Prime Minister Imran Khan's interview, Foreign Office spokesman Zahid Hafeez Chaudhry had termed the news of US Air Base in Pakistan as baseless and said that there was no truth in such allegations. Mud volcano in Balochistan
